COLOURFUL BORACAY

Boracay is a tiny island in the central Philippines.

It doesn’t even have an airport. The fastest way to get to the Boracay is to arrive to Caticlan, airport on the nearest island. From there a 5 min speed boat trip and voila – you are in Heaven!

There are plenty of resorts to stay in but the most luxurious one is Shangri-La. It offers a boat transfer directly to the hotel.

So what is Boracay?

It is an absolutely beautiful place with pristine turquoise waters, pink sunsets and lots of water activities such as helmet diving, cliff diving, scuba diving , parasailing and many others.

Boracay is one whole beach along the coast line and the mountains in the centre.

It has a great nightlife- never ending bars and restaurants along the beach and a really friendly locals.

Willy’s rock- volcanic formation 100m into the water at Station 1- is the local sight-seen that has a small chapel with the statue of Virgin Mary.
